Canon Joseph Van Der Meersch, Vicar General of the Diocese of Bruges (Belgian College), together with Rev. Dubois, Aumonier Général of Catholic Action in the same diocese of Bruges, would like to speak to the Holy Father about how their bishop intends to organise Catholic Action in the diocese of Bruges and request a blessing for the Federation of Catholic Men that is being organised. Monsignor Pizzardo fears that their organizational style, however excellent, could weaken the large Central Organisation, especially the JOC of Fr Cardijn.

Monsignor Pizzardo teme he il loro modo di organizzare, anche ottimo, possa indebolire la grande Organizzazione Centrale, specialmente la JOC de l’Abbé Cardijn.
